18" (46 cm.) Bisque socket head, small brown glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted short lashes, one-stroke brows, closed mouth with accented lips posed in gentle smile, impressed dimples at corners of mouth, blonde mohair wig, original composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany 550 A 4 M DRGM. Comments: Marseille, circa 1915. Value Points: very fine quality of bisque and painting, the doll wears original costume comprising muslin dress, undergarments, matching bonnet, cream kidskin shoes, woven socks.
