Description
10" (25 cm.) Each is heavy porcelain figure of young child posed standing on platform, wearing white decorated smocks, and dress-up costumes to appear as grown-ups, he with Papa's over-sized shoes, top hat and umbrella, and she with Mama's fancy bonnet and shawl. The bases are lettered "Mama" or "Papa". Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1885, exceptional quality of all-around modeling enhances the amusing and endearing scene.
