Description
15" (38 cm.) Composition socket head with sculpted short tan baby hair, painted large blue eyes, dark upper eyeliner, rounded nose with accented nostrils, tiny closed mouth, cloth torso and jointed composition limbs. Condition: generally excellent, some barely visible very fine lines on face, slippers worn. Comments: Lenci, circa 1930, the model was introduced as "Prosperity Baby". Value Points: rare little wide-eyed doll is wearing factory original costume, beautiful painting around the eyes.
