Description
22" (56 cm.) Bisque socket head, small blue glass sleep eyes, painted fringed upper lashes, one-stroke tapered brows, rounded nose, closed mouth with shaded and accented lips, brunette mohair wig, composition bent limb baby body, well costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1428 15. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1912. Value Points: rare large size of the well-modeled character with deeply impressed dimples around the eyes and mouth, very fine quality of bisque enhancing the impish expression.
