Description
7" (18 cm.) excluding tail. The paper mache kitten with lush white fur cover, long fluffy tail, amber glass eyes, pink nose, is posed as though chasing the little yellow ball which is attached to its front paw. Excellent condition. French, circa 1900, an unusual pet variation from the classic salon dog series of the era, with same details and construction suggesting the same maker of each.
