Description
18" (46 cm.) Tosca hair in centerpart drawn smoothly away from her face and forming into a pageboy curl at her nape, blue sleep eyes, coral lips, five-piece body. Wearing pink satin-bodice tutu with white tulle skirt arranged with pleats and draping accented with tiny flowers, pink satin panties, stockings, ivory slippers with pink ties, coronet of flowers crowns her hair. The costume is tagged "Madame Alexander All Rights Reserved New York USA". Excellent condition. Alexander, model 1840, the doll has original Fashion Award gold foil medallion, fold-over booklet "Ballerina by Madame Alexander" and curler box. 1952.
