Description
18" (46 cm.) Tosca hair waved from her face with rolled bangs, and pageboy curls at her nape, five-piece walking-style body. Wearing a pink satin and tulle tutu with rhinestone accented bodice, attached pink panties, stockings, gold ballet slippers with pink ribbons, garland of pink and white flowers forming a coronet in her hair. The costume is tagged "Madame Alexander All Rights Reserved New York USA". Excellent condition. Alexander, model 1850, the doll, named Margot Ballerina, was described in the Alexander catalog as wearing a costume "twinkling with rhinestones", 1954.
