Description
5" (13 cm.) h. teapot. Each piece is white porcelain group with petal accents having shaded edging, centering a playful scene of frolicking Kewpies. The set comprises lidded teapot, lidded sugar, creamer, four plates, four saucers and four cups. Notably, there are four different scenes on the plates. Signed Rose O'Neill Wilson Germany. Excellent condition. Germany, c. 1912, the Kewpie scenes appeared in Rose O'Neill stories and magazine illustrations.
