Description
4" (10 cm.) One-piece all-bisque seated Kewpie with left arm resting on leg, and right arm outstretched to provide a landing field for a playful bug; Kewpie has modeled topknot, forelock, blue wings and side-glancing eyes with curly lashes and dot brows. Marked c. in circle. Excellent condition. Germany, c. 1915, designed by Rose O'Neill.
