13" (33 cm.) The plump softly-stuffed Kewpie with mask face, side-glancing eyes, stitch-shaping of body, and wearing pink organdy dress with lace tiers, matching petticoat with attached panties, silk ribbon tied socks, pink organdy sunbonnet with lace trim. The dress has original cloth tag "Kewpie Trademark Reg. U.S. Pat. Off, Copyright by Rose O'Neill, Pat. Mar. 4, 1913". Very good condition, few tiny face spots, dress faded at front. American, from original Rose O'Neill designs, Cameo, c. 1930.
