All-bisque one-piece Kewpie in standing pose, left arm held behind the back, and right hand supporting a gold tuba, having black sculpted parade Prussian helmet with gold eagle and finial, black painted belt, and knife, with side-glancing eyes and blue wings. Excellent condition. With red Kewpie Hero label. Germany, c. 1915, from the rare series of helmet parade Kewpies.
