Description
5" (13 cm.) All-bisque Kewpie with one-piece head, torso and legs, loop-jointed arms, side-glancing eyes, blue wings, with sculpted green helmet with finial, and sculpted uniform jacket with design of buttons and white cuffs, sculpted tan belt with holster and gold-handled knife. Excellent condition. Marked O'Neill on feet. Germany, c. 1915, from Rose O'Neill designs, rarely found figure with wonderful modeling of uniform and accessories.
