Description
5" (13 cm.) One-piece all-bisque standing Kewpie with arms modeled in outstretched manner, having forelock, topknot, blue wings, and side-glancing eyes. A round open spout at the back of head indicates the Kewpie was designed for use as flask. Excellent condition. Remnants of original paper label on feet. Germany, c. 1915.
