4" (10 cm.) seated. One-piece all-bisque Kewpie is posed seated, slightly turned head as though reading the left page of book held in lap, and with right arm held as though about to turn a page, with topknot, forelock, blue wings, and side-glancing eyes. Marked c. in circle. Excellent condition. Germany, c. 1915.
