Description
4.5" (11 cm.) One-piece all-bisque Kewpie with black sculpted Prussian parade helmet having gold eagle insignia and finial, side-glancing eyes, blue wings, and holding a brown rifle in right hand, left hand held behind back, and with black belt and silver-handled knife at left side. Excellent condition. Original paper labels at front and back torso. Germany, c. 1915, from O'Neill designs.
