Description
2.7" (7 cm.) -3.5" overall. Each is one-piece all-bisque Kewpie with side-glancing eyes and blue wings, including standing Kewpie with Prussian parade helmet with gold eagle and finial, and with outstretched arms; Kewpie crawling on stomach, black Civil War hat, one eye squinting in order to aim the rifle held in arms, black belt with holstered silver-handled sword; and crawling Kewpie with red hat in same pose, attached to bisque name plate with attached bug, and with red Kewpie paper label. Excellent condition. Germany, c. 1915.
