Description
4" (10 cm.) Seated all-bisque Kewpie with upturned toes, outstretched arms, tilted head, modeled forelock, topknot, side-glancing eyes and blue wings, holds a white cat in its lap. Marked c (in circle). Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1912 the model, #4845, was featured in the 1912 Kewpie catalog presented by Borgfeldt, this model with rare white color of cat.
