Description
3.5" (9 cm.) All-bisque one-piece Kewpie in standing pose with arms held at the sides, and with funnel opening at the back of head for use as flask, with forelock, topknot, side-glancing eyes, blue wings. Excellent condition. Germany, c. 1915, from O'Neill designs, an ingenious functional purpose of Kewpie as flask, preserved in original box.
