Description
4" (10 cm.) One-piece all-bisque seated Kewpie is balancing a bisque "woven" basket on right leg which he clasps with right arm, while left arm is waving, head slightly inclined, the side-glancing eyes shyly gazing at waving hand, with forelock, topknot, blue wings. Marked c. in circle. Excellent condition. Germany, c. 1915.
