Description
7" (18 cm.) One-piece bisque head, torso and legs, loop-jointed arms, sculpted curly blonde hair with very curly tousles at forehead, painted bright blue side-glancing eyes. Marked c. Rose O'Neill Scootles (incised on feet) Japan (red stamp on torso). Excellent condition. Japan, c. 1925, the model was licensed by Rose O'Neill, especially fine detail of modeled chubby rolls and dimples.
