Description
4.5" (11 cm.) All-bisque Kewpie in classic standing pose with loop-jointed arms has sculpted red bellhop cap with yellow banding, blue sculpted jacket with three vertical rows of buttons, painted forelock tip and side curls, side-glancing eyes and wings. Excellent condition, flaking of red paint on hat. Marked O'Neill on feet and with original paper label "Rose O'Neill Copyright". Germany, c. 1915, with original box.
