14" (36 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown painted eyes, black and red upper eyeliner, white eye dots, short-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between the outlined lips, blonde mohair wig with coiled braids, plaster pate, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: bisque excellent, body repainted, right thumb missing. Marks: 179. Comments: Kestner, circa 1910. Value Points: wonderfully expressive face of the art character model with choicest bisque and painting.
