Stuart's Take

Of all the K*R characters, the 105 remains as perhaps the rarest. Another example (the only other one I have personally seen) graces the cover of the book I produced on the Gail Cook collection. It was chosen for that book given its poise and beauty of sculpting as a true art doll. This doll (and the 106 following) were both for many years in the personal collection of Richard Wright and then sold directly to Rosalie for the museum by him. In addition, this doll was featured in different books and articles, including Rare Character Dolls by Maree Tarnowska.
