8" (20 cm.) Each has poured wax shoulderhead, original muslin body and poured wax lower limbs; including lady with brown sculpted chignon, black bead tiny eyes, closed mouth, bare feet; and child with painted light brown baby hair and painted facial features, painted black ankle boots. Condition: generally excellent, some darkening of wax. Comments: English, mid-1800s. Value Points: seldom-found miniature wax dolls, each wearing well-preserved original gowns and undergarments.
