Bisque socket head with very full cheeks, chin and throat, very delicate complexion, pale blue glass inset enamel eyes with darker blue iris rims, dark eyeliner, rose blushed eyeshadow, painted lashes, arched feathered brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with shaded accent lines on lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over original pink plaster pate, French composition and wooden eight-loose-ball-jointed body with straight wrists and flat-cut derriere, wearing original chemise dress with lace yoke and matching lace trim on skirt and cuffs, undergarments, socks, cream kidskin boots with pom-pom trim by Alart, elaborate bonnet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: BTE SGDG 4 (head) 4 (pate) Sch (in shield on derriere). Comments: Schmitt et Fils, circa 1880.
