Solid domed bisque swivel head, sculpted brown curly hair, blue glass sleep eyes, tinted brows, open mouth, two porcelain lower teeth, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted white socks and pink shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Bonnie Babe copr. by Georgene Averill (original paper label). Comments: "Bonnie Babe", the trademarked doll sculpted by American artist, Georgene Averill, circa 1920, and made in Germany under commission from George Borgfeldt. Value Points: especially fine quality of sculpting on the cheerful toddler, original paper label.
