11" (28 cm.) Porcelain shoulderhead of lady with brown sculpted hair under added elaborate wig in 18th century style, painted facial features, downcast eyes, closed mouth, modeled bosom, cloth upper torso and arms, porcelain hands, attached to metal frame designed to serve as tea cozy. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, Dressel & Kister, circa 1910. Value Points: very fine original presentation, with elaborate silk brocade gown with metallic accents, unusual original wig over sculpted hair.
