Paper mache shoulderhead, painted short black curly hair, painted facial features, tiny blue eyes, single stroke closed mouth with slight smile, kid body, wearing original green woolen jacket and trousers, vest, leather slippers. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1860. Value Points: attached to the peddler's back is an arrangement of various wooden containers which he offers for sale.
