Bisque socket head, blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with defined space between the outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette human hair wig, composition and wooden eight-loose-ball-jointed body with straight wrists, twill-covered torso and upper legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1880. Value Points: most endearing petite size of the early closed mouth doll with rare body style, lovely antique embroidered dress.
