19" (48 cm.) Porcelain shoulderhead with cut pate, rounded facial modeling, blue glass sleep eyes, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with slightly-smiling expression, brunette human hair wig, muslin stitch-jointed body, kid arms. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: rarity factors include sleep eyes, wigged variation, smiling expression, and with original body, and wearing original early muslin gown with blue braid and tassels, undergarments, leather boots.
