Bisque socket head, small brown glass sleep eyes, inserted brows, painted lower lashes, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, impressed dimples, brunette mohair wig with side-coiled braids over original plaster pate, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 189 (head) Germany (body). Comments: Kestner, circa 1910. Value Points: wonderfully-preserved rare doll with original wig, pate, body and body finish, original costume, rare brows, and very fine bisque and painting.
