Description
14" (36 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, cloth stitch-jointed body, kid arms. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Simon and Halbig, circa 1880. Value Points: early model has beautiful bisque and eyes, and is wearing original Alsatian costume and coiffe.
