Description
14" (36 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead, blue glass inset eyes with spiral threading, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, kid body with gusset-jointing at hips, knees and elbows, bisque lower arms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: D. Comments: Kestner, circa 1890. Value Points: beautiful eyes, the closed mouth child is wearing store-original rose textured dress with Bertha collar, matching fancy bonnet.
