Description
1" (3 cm.) -3" figures. 13" x 11" box. Four miniature all-bisque figures of animals in amusing poses, with brightly painted costumes and details include such delights as a rooster pushing a wheeled egg with little chick perched atop, and a red bunny riding an eggmobile with four yellow wheels. The figures range from hatted ducks to a polka dot puppy, and each is still tied to its original sample box with inventory number indicated below. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, Hertwig, circa 1920. Value Points: delightful and rare treasure of miniature fantasies.
