Description
14" (36 cm.) All composition, socket head, jointed arms and legs, brown human hair, blue painted eyes, wearing yellow cotton gown with blue bows at bodice, yellow-cotton-lined floral-printed cotton overskirt and bretelles, three tiers of lace at the hem, petticoat, pantalets, socks, yellow shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Effanbee, 1939, from their series of 30 Historical dolls, their advertising for this model noted "these people surrounded themselves with comforts and luxuries", the doll is presented in original box.
