18" (46 cm.) Solid domed bisque head with flat-cut neck socket that accommodates to composition torso dowel, sculpted short brown bobbed hair and hands, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, short curly hair, tinted brows, rounded button-shaped nose, "O" shaped mouth with heart-shaped upper lip, two porcelain upper teeth, composition toddler body with jointing at shoulders and hips, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 127 Germany. Comments: Germany, circa 1928, the doll bears uncanny resemblance to Effanbee's Patsy model. Value Points: seldom found doll with excellent detail of modeling and bisque.
