Description
6 1/2" (17 cm.) l. The firm-framed carton oval box with textured paper wrap having black edging and leather straps, opens to reveal well-fitted interior including lidded tin food container, two porcelain shallow plates, lidded tureen, bottle with silver cap, and goblet, and with knife and napkin embroidered M.F. attached to inside lid. Excellent condition, fork and spoon missing as indicated by outline on inside lid. French, circa 1865, rare accessory.
