27" (68 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner encircles the eye cuts, painted curly lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R Simon & Halbig 117 68. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1912, their model marketed as "Mein Susser Liebling" (my sweet darling). Value Points: especially beautiful example of the endearing child with finest lustrous complexion, original wig, body, body finish, antique costume.
