Description
7" (18 cm.) Each has pink-tinted bisque socket head, one with brown glass sleep eyes and the other with blue, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 7247 5/0 Heubach (in square) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1915. Value Points: the twins are presented in matching costumes with additional knit sweaters and caps, each with a tiny all-bisque doll, lying in fitted woven bassinet with rose silk lining.
