17" (43 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, blue side-glancing eyes, pale solemn-shaped lips, brunette mohair wig with soft little curls framing the face and ringlet curls at back of head, jointing at shoulders and hips, wearing original outfit in yellow cotton gauze dress with felt applique pattern; straw hat with felt flowers and fruit; cream cotton stockings and leather slippers, and is clasping an all-felt 6" Raggedy Ann doll. Condition: near mint. Marks: Marcella, A Raggedy Doll No 103/250 R. John Wright (paper label) (and original RJW brass pin). Comments: R. John Wright, 2005, from a limited edition of 250 dolls. Value Points: wonderfully designed doll with very fine artistry, perfectly preserved.
