12" (30 cm.) Full-body porcelain figure of adult lady in sensual standing pose, her arms upraised and her head tilted to the side, sculpted dark grey hair with yellow wrapped turban, matching sculpted harem costume accented by gilt belts, cuffs, and bracelets trimmed with blue stones, yellow slippers with pom-poms, her feet posed as though slippers about to fall off. Excellent condition. Germany, Dressel & Kister, from their Harem series, circa 1912, the model is made in many variations, for example some with sculpted costumes (as this), others nude, some with sculpted hair, others with mohair wig.
