Description
11 1/2" (29 cm.) Black ponytail hairstyle with soft curled bangs, black painted side-glancing eyes with arched eyebrows, red painted lips and accented nostrils, pale ivory complexion still maintaining some pinkish tint, holes in feet to accommodate the original posing stand, gold hoop earrings and black and white striped swimsuit, original box marked T.M. with liner for neck support, posing stand, booklet and black shoes with holes in bottoms. Condition: near mint, some stains at feet from original shoes, original coiffure with top knot, bottom of ponytail is brushed out. Mattel, first issue of doll, 1959, wonderful complexion, exceptional example of this early doll with posing stand.
