11" (28 cm.) All-composition with socket head, five-piece body with jointing at shoulders and hips, sculpted short bobbed hair and painted green/brown side-glancing eyes, bow-shaped closed mouth. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Patsy Jr. Doll. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1935. Value Points: wearing original pale yellow organdy dress with matching green underslip, pants, matching cap, shoes and socks.
