12" (30 cm.) x 5". The 57 page English language catalog of Steiff, indicating Geo. Borgfeldt as sole New York agent, is filled with illustrations and detailed descriptions of early animals, caricature dolls, and toys. The catalog cover was designed by the Steiff doll designer, Albert Schlopsnies, whose name appears on the cover. The catalog is in well-used very worn condition, but is intact; also included are 10 loose pages from another Steiff catalog. A rare research treasure, circa 1910.
