14" (36 cm.) All-composition with light brown complexion, dark brown sculpted hair in bobbed style, brown sleep eyes, real lashes, composition five-piece body jointed at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Patsy Doll. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1935. Value Points: rare brown complexion, rare sleep eyes, wearing original organdy dress with matching panties, and custom-made green felt coat and cloche with original label indicating "Patterned for Patsy UFDC Washington DC 1990".
