Description
Elegant lady's gown features a fitted bodice of aqua silk with short ruched sleeves edged with black velvet and lace, inset quilted ivory silk V-shaped bodice panel and overlaid lace collar with black velvet edging, flat front skirt panel of quilted ivory edged with handmade lace which also edges the sides and back of hem; the skirt back of aqua silk, demi-train, lacing at back bodice. For 22"-24" lady doll. 19" overall length. 4" shoulder width. 9" waist. Excellent condition, few tiny tears on silk. Circa 1870.
