Description
Of black silk taffeta, the two-piece ensemble features a fitted dart-shaped jacket that is decorated around the neck, cuffs and front closure with richly ruched details edged with ruffled lace along with flat-front skirt with demi-train at the gathered back, and with elaborate bands of ruching. For 16" lady doll. 13" overall length. 3 1/2" shoulder width. 8" waist. Excellent condition. Circa 1870.
