Of brown cotton with tiny red and white printed dots, the two-piece ensemble features a dart-shaped blouse with inlay brown flowered ribbon bands, front closure with ruffled edging that extends around the neckline, silver prismatic buttons, coat sleeves, and very full skirt, flowered ribbon band around the hem. For 25"-26" lady doll. 21" overall length. 6" shoulder width. Circa 1865. Included is woven bonnet with unusual lattice edged borders of ribbon and black paillettes.
