Description
The princess style dress is of fine quality flannel-backed white pique in dense waffle-weave pattern, and features nine pearl buttons and handmade buttonholes at the front opening edged by a row of broderie anglaise and double rows of braiding; that trim is repeated on the two faux pockets, collar and all around the hem, and the dress features a deep box pleat at the lower back skirt and bib collar at the back bodice. For 16"-17" slim-bodied child doll. 11" overall length. 3" shoulder width. Excellent condition. Circa 1882.
