The one-piece ensemble of burgundy wool features a dart-shaped gown with slender waist, hook and eye closure at the back, with 3/4 Juliet-type sleeves, draped fabric at the hips that captures into large stitched-down bow at the back, lace edging at neckline and sleeves, and a double row of pleats at the hem. For 18"-20" lady doll. 13" overall length. 4" shoulder width. Excellent condition. Included is fully-lined woven bonnet with pleated inner brim and arranged stitched-down burgundy ribbons at the crown along with a cluster of white silk flowers and leaves. Circa 1875.
